This image is entitled "Farmaco3D", It's a representation of a fiction medicine to calm the boredom, but take it easy, because you can stay hanged for ever ;)
Everything is done with OpenSource applications (Blender for modelling, Yafray for render and Gimp for textures). I've used Full Global Illumination and no postproduccion.
