I had this idea in my head for a while before i decided to bring it to life. i liked the idea of someone slowly passing through a section of gravity defying water with fish falling through also...yes very strange, but i knew it could also be quite beautiful.
Apart from the hand (which are refed from my own) the rest of the image is made up and painted from scratch. Water is a brilliant thing to paint once you get the hang of it:)
and of course theres no background because it never needed one
