This image was inspired by our own cat, who likes to make a big mess in our home. The main concept was to create a cartoon-like cat character in a cartoon-like room, where everything is skewed, bended etc.

I used 3ds max 7 for the modeling, Vray and MentalRay for rendering and Photoshop for the postworks. You may find a 'making of' article in 3dcreativemag 2006 november issue.
