i created this image after watching a wet car on the streets.
my goal was to create the rain drops without using actual geometry. test´s using a "drops" texture as bumpmap didn´t worked well, using displacement was the next logical step.
but displacement on a layered shader gave strange dents so i simply duplicated the car-parts and used the shader on them.
