1. Pose the character better...look at some mug shot reference images.

3. Dirt on the wall looks too obvious..its almost as though I recognise which grunge texture you used. 4. You have a dirty wall at bottom but perfectly clean skirting along base which wouldn't happen..think about the causes of the dirt buildup before painting.
