Hey,
I built this character for a realtime competition - so it was done in my spare time at weekends and after work.
Its a low poly character consisting of just under 5k tri's and mapped to a 1024 texture sheet. It was fun to make but I would have prefered to work in a realtime engine instead of using max.
The art that is produced at id software is a big inspiration to me - and since the style is so different to what I currently do at work I thought I'd indulge and draw reference to their work. The daemon guns are my favourite part!
