Hi

I was watching tv the other day and saw a profil shot of a mouth in a fat persons face. The wrinkles and folds made it look as if the mouth was coming out of folds of skin, almost like a turtle. That was my inspirtion for this illustration. Basemesh moddeled in Lightwave and details and rendering in zbrush. All compositing in Photoshop.
