This is at least 80% Photoshop and less than 20% Terragen and I think its best place is the 2d-gallery.
I used the terragen scene as reference and painted it over(not everything). The large rock has its reference at Lanzarote :) I love its alien like shape and just had to integrate it in to one of my images.
