On this latest piece, I tried incorporating some new matte painting techniques, but also wanted this image to still retain a 'sketch' feel. I also really wanted contrasting architecture, hence the gothic and futuristic structures, and of course, you can't go wrong with gargoyles!:) thanks for looking!
