I created this image to find out the effort that is necessary, when you put everything together: Mental ray sss-skin-material, many translucent materials, strong blurry reflections, normal maps, final gathering, ambient occlusion, exposure control, long flowing hair, cloth simulation etc.
My conclusion is: I need a renderfarm. The original size is 3600x3600px and the render times were insane.
I didn't use ZBrush, Mudbox or any displacement maps.
