This is one of a few marketing images I have been working on. My duty was to take the game assets ( Maya models, rigs and Zbrush Tools) from the developer and create HighRes marketing images according to client specifications. This included:
- posing
- sculpting geometry for poses
- creating shaders
- lighting
- derive/tweak textures from ZBrush
- render
- compose
I used Renderman for Maya to render it which was easy to use so I could focus more on composition, lighting, etc. I modelled, textured and shaded the environment elements. Since the game rig was of course rather lowRes I took a more detailed model from the ZBrush tool and attached it to the rig and then tweaked the deformation in Maya.
