I just figured out the name a second ago. He has soooo much attitude and respect that he rarely has to lift a finger to gain control of his opponent. Though he has gone through a lot before, for he has that one blind eye and some nasty-looking scar tissue forever reminding him of his flaws.

Idea is a traditional portrait of a very significant person from somewhere else than this world.. at least I haven't seen anyone looking exactly like that so far :D
