This is a Chinese New Year Monster, and the reason why there is Chinese New Year is because of him.
Every Year the same time, he came up from deep sea, eat people and destroy villages.
There was one time people found he is afraid the sound of firecracker so now people play firecracker and put red stuff everywhere before he come.
