Initially created as a companion piece for Tenebrous Empress, Reticent Evening is a portentous depiction of the twilight hour. I wanted the expression of the main figure, to be mischievous, yet soft. It was detailed and color corrected primarily in Photoshop, with the initial sketching and color blocking done in Painter.
