Well, I still haven't learned to model yet, but I'm still happy to work at composition, lighting and concept; maybe it's because I used to be a photographer.

If I was after a photo-realistic image, I'd say there was too much ambient occlusion, but as I'm in fact more interested in illustration, I'm happy with the way the AO etches out the details. Basic Poser render with lighting FX and background in Photoshop. I couldn't resist the drop shadows, sorry.
