This house was created with the intention to have a rainy wet look, but not so dark and scary that it won't work for real estate marketing purposes. I have many versions of this on our Facebook page if you're interested in viewing (link below). I intentionally created imperfections in the ground to have water collect as puddles, i wanted to show the water on the ground rather than just wet grass. Everything is done in 3D except for color correction and lighting enhancements.
