This caricature is done in a combination of Photoshop and Painter. I have a system I developed which separates the painting process into layers where I do an underpainting in Painter, assemble and finish in Photoshop. I'm a "Comp Artist" by trade (which I think shows) and would like some tips to get my work to the next level of finish
