This is an attempt to bring fantasy and commercial illustration together to some purpose. My layered system lends itself to borrowing photographic textures during the process. In this case I used the luminosity of a patchwork of lizard skin textures to build a layered underpainting. Then end result is achieved by combining multiplied layers and doing finishing work. I'd like advice towards polishing my work to a greater finish
