Tried to make as real as possible. The most hard parts for me were pose and skin. I think I set myself a difficult goal when I desided not to do another hot chick with 100 percent ideal figure like 90x60x90 or something like that but to do something different something more from real life. I modeled it in pose so I didn't do any rig of the model. Vray render + 3DSMax 6.0
